摘要
文章介绍了汽轮机高压遮断模块的原理和结构,总结提炼了5种常见的高压遮断继电回路模式,对导致装置发生故障危险和故障安全的原因进行了全面分析,绘制出故障树图并计算出相应的故障概率,比较选择最优模式保证机组具有更佳可靠性。
This article introduces the principle and structure of the steam turbine high-pressure trip module,summarizes and refines five common high-pressure trip relay circuit modes,comprehensively analyzes the causes of dangerous failures and safety failures of the device,draws a fault tree diagram and calculates corresponding failure probability,compare and choose the optimal mode to ensure the unit has better reliability.
