摘要
目前,静配中心药师的工作内容包括医嘱适宜性审核,打签贴签排药,配置复核等。但是,为了实现提高药物治疗水平和患者安全合理用药的目标,对静配中心药师的专业水平提出了更高的要求。市级医院由于其资源和条件限制,对静配中心药师的培养参差不齐,无规范化的流程。市级医院应该有布局、分层次、有针对性地培养兼具药学理论知识和临床实践能力的静配中心药师。本文分别对静配中心内部、药学部和医院等方面采取的措施进行了探讨,以尽早、尽全面地培养出静配中心药师并使其更好地发挥作用且适应医院药学发展的趋势。
At present,the work of pharmacists in the PIVAS includes the review of the suitability of medical orders,printing the label,labelling and the drug′s arrangement,the pharmacy intravenous admixture and verify,etc.However,in order to achieve the goal that improving the level of the treatment safety and rational use of drugs for patients,higher professional level for the pharmacists in PIVAS are expected.Due to the limitation of resources and conditions,the training of pharmacists in PIVAS is uneven and no standardized processis established.The municipal hospital should have a reasonable,hierarchical and targeted training for the pharmacists who are obliged to have both theoretical knowledge of pharmacy and clinical ability.This paper discusses the measures taken in PIVAS,the pharmacy department and in hospital,so as to train pharmacists in PIVAS as soon as possible and comprehensively,make them playing a better role and adapting to the development trend of hospital pharmacy.
