摘要
为降低眼镜片的像散和畸变,获得更好的视觉效果,采用多目标优化遗传算法设计非球面眼镜片。非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ算法)随机生成多组前弯和非球面系数后,采用光线追迹计算像差大小,通过模拟自然选择的过程对参数进行优化,再结合实际生产情况确定最终的设计结果。通过仿真和加工测量的手段对−8 D(1 D=1 m^(−1))镜片的设计进行验证,所得的球镜光焦度分布情况与仿真结果一致。与球面透镜相比,所采用的方法可以显著降低非球面眼镜片的像散、畸变和边缘厚度。
We designed aspherical lenses to reduce astigmatism and distortion,which deteriorate human vision.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm)was utilized to generate multiple sets of the base curve and aspherical coefficients.The corresponding astigmatism and distortion were calculated via ray tracing.After simulation of natural selection,the final design parameters were determined considering the inventory of the semi-finished blank.Aspheric lenses with−8 diopters(D)were designed,simulated,processed,and measured.The measured spherical and cylinder power distributions were consistent with the simulated results.Our method could significantly reduce astigmatism,distortion,and edge thickness of aspheric lenses in comparison with spherical lenses.
