军队康复疗养中心转型重塑

Transformation and Reconstruction of Military Rehabilitation and Recuperation Centers

军队康复疗养中心在新形势任务下,如何聚焦备战打仗、聚力改革重塑、实现由保健疗养占主体的"服务保障型"向以康复疗养占主体的"技术创新型"单位快速转换、构建一切为了打仗的疗养保障体系,是当前急需研究解决的问题。分析当前军队疗养中心在思想观念、学科建设等方面存在的主要问题,根据平、战时卫勤保障需要,结合"智慧疗养"、"全维保障"、"智能康复"、"体医融合"、"多学科协作"等先进建设和发展理念,提出军队康复疗养中心建设发展构想。

Under the new situation and responsibility,there are so many urgent problems to solve for military rehabilitation and recuperation centers,including how to focus on preparing for war,reforming,rebuilding,changing quickly from service support form to technology innovating form and constructing war-oriented recuperation guarantee system.This article analyzed major problems within recuperation centers of PLA in terms of ideological concept and discipline construction.According to the medicine and service needs in peacetime and in war,it composed the building and developing blueprint of military rehabilitation and recuperation centers by binding advanced concept such as wisdom recuperation,total dimensional service,intelligence rehabilitation,integration of physical training and medicine and multidisciplinary coordination.
