摘要
目的分析上海某三级综合性医院院级人才项目获得者所取得的业绩情况,为人才培养方案的完善提供参考意见。方法搜集并整理119位院级人才项目获得者所取得的业绩成果,利用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行描述性分析、单因素方差分析、Pearson相关性分析等。结果绝大多数院级人才项目获得者取得的业绩达到预期;A计划获得者取得更好的业绩(P<0.01);在"开展专病或MDT门诊或开展临床新技术"业绩上,三个子计划的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在"主持国自然"、"发表高质量SCI文章"业绩上,三个子计划的差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论横向扩大遴选范围,纵向调整入选比例;分类指导整体提升,点面兼顾聚焦拔尖;项目投入"软硬兼施",强化创新管理模式。
Objective To analyze the achievements of the winners of hospital-level talent program in some tertiary general hospital in Shanghai,in order to provide reference for further development and improvement of talent training program.Methods The achievements of 119 hospital-level talent program winners were collected and collated,while statistical software SPSS 20.0 was used for descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA,and Pearson correlation analysis as well.Results The vast majority of hospital-level talent program winners achieved the expected performance;the winners of Plan A achieved better performance(P<0.01);there were significant differences among the three sub-plans in the performance of"developing special disease or MDT outpatient service or developing new clinical technology"(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the performance of"Hosting NSFC"and"Publishing high-quality SCI"(P<0.01).Conclusion It is beneficial to expand the selection scope and to adjust the selection proportion;to guide the overall improvement by classification and focus on the top;to invest the program both"hard and softly"and to innovate and strengthen management mode.
