摘要
文章分析"同济-亭林"医联体建设实践,总结医联体建设中派驻管理团队、精准派驻专家、内培外引结合的主要做法和建设成效。剖析医联体建设中存在的管理运营体制机制、基层服务能力有待提升、患者认知有待提升和信息化建设有待提升等问题。针对性提出加强体制建设、夯实服务能力、加强宣传建立互信和提升医联体信息化建设等建议,以期为其他医联体建设提供参考借鉴。
This paper analyzed the construction practice of"Tongji Tinglin"medical association,summarized the main methods and construction results of the medical alliance construction,such as dispatching management team,accurately dispatching experts,combining internal training with external introduction.It analyzed the problems existing in the construction of the medical alliance,such as the management system and operation mechanism,as well as the secondary hospital service ability should be improved.Meanwhile,the patients’cognition should be improved,and the information construction should be strengthened.In order to provide reference for the construction of other medical alliance,it is suggested to strengthen the system construction,consolidate the service ability,increase the publicity and establish mutual trust and enhance the informatization construction of medical alliance.
