药品安全管理对医疗机构正常运营至关重要,但大多医院在药品安全管理上都存在一定的问题和不足。不同医疗机构从药品采购、储存、调配使用和药物不良反应等不同方面出发,将预警机制应用于药品安全管理中并取得一定程度的成功,有效规避药品管理中的各种风险,提高医院药品管理水平,促进医院有序、高效地开展各项工作。因此,应积极建立药品预警机制,推广其在医院药品安全管理中的应用,为临床安全用药提供保障。

The safety of drug management is essential to the normal operation of medical institutions,but most hospitals currently have certain problems and deficiencies in drug management.Starting from different aspects of drug procurement,storage,deployment and use,and ADR,different institutions have applied the early warning mechanism to drug safety management and achieved a certain degree of success,effectively avoiding various risks in drug management,improving the level of hospital drug management,and promoting the hospital to carry out various tasks in an orderly and efficient manner.Therefore,drug early warning mechanism should be actively established and promoted to provide guarantee for safe clinical drug use.
