Teaching Practice of Short-Term Military Clinical Pharmacist Training

目的介绍军队临床药师班短期培训教学实践与体会。方法评述目前该课程的特点、教学难点和解决办法。结果教学模式的更新和考评方式的完善可有效帮助学员学会获得知识和技能的方式,提高教学质量。结论短期培训虽在临床药学培训中取得良好效果,实战中的学习才是推进临床药师合理用药水平持续增长的有效方式。

Objective To introduce the teaching practice and experience of short-term clinical pharmacist training in our hospital.Methods The characteristics,difficulties and available solutions in clinical pharmacist training were elucidated.Results Practices proved that renewed teaching methods and improved measure can empower the students’abilities in knowledge and skill acquisition,leading to the enhancement of teaching quality.Conclusion Application of short-term clinical pharmacist training has achieved good effects,but the learning by practice should be the most effective way to steadily enhance the rational drug use of clinical pharmacists.
