外军特种卫勤救援力量建设特点

Characteristics of Special Medical Rescue Forces in Foreign Military

目的探索我军特种卫勤救援力量的建设思路和发展方向。方法系统查阅文献资料,分析外军特种卫勤救援力量建设特点,思考对我军发展特种卫勤救援力量的启示。结果以美军"伞降救援队"和以军"669部队"为代表的外军特种卫勤救援力量发展较早,具有编制构架合理、任务清晰明确、重视选拔训练、武器装备先进和实战经验丰富等特点。我军特种卫勤救援力量起步较晚,缺乏经验,各方面制度、组织构架和组训模式还不够完善。结论我军可以参考外军的经验教训,通过开展特种卫勤救援理论研究、探索合理的人员编配、构建完善的人员选拔与训练体系以及加强武器装备研发等方法,进一步完善和加强我军特种卫勤力量建设。

Objective To explore the construction strategy and development direction of our special medical rescue forces.Methods By conducting retrospective literature retrieval and comparative analysis of special medical rescue forces in the military of different countries,their experience and lessons were outlined to help us explore the development strategy of special medical rescue forces in our country.Results The special medical rescue forces in foreign militaries,represented by the US Airforce"Pararescue Jumpers"and Israel"669 Unit",were characterized by reasonable preparation structures,well-defined tasks,strict selection and training systems,advanced weaponry,profound practical experience and so on.By comparison,the organization structures and training model of the special medical rescue forces in our country were not perfect due to the short development period and the lack of experience.Conclusion Learning the experience from foreign militaries,we can improve the special medical rescue forces of our country by promoting theoretical researches of special rescue,optimizing reasonable preparation structures,establishing perfect selection and training systems and strengthening equipment research and development.
