The Party Constitution is the fundamental law of the Party and the foundation for building the Party.As rules of life and code of conduct for Party members,the Party Constitution plays an important role in ensuring the unity of thought,organizational solidarity and united actions of the whole Party.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of the Party Constitution which is its fine tradition and the secret code of its century-long glory.The one hundred years of construction of the CPC Constitution has provided much useful enlightenment:the Party Constitution is an important weapon for building,governing and managing the Party;it is the embodiment of the will of the whole Party and should keep pace with the times and practice;it is the fundamental standard for Party members to improve their Party spirit and we must guide them to study and observe it consciously.
