“放管服”改革视角下营商环境优化探析——以龙岩市为例

An analysis on the optimization of business environment from the perspective of “regulation and service” reform——A case study of Longyan city

在当前国内外持续优化营商环境背景下,实施"放管服"改革优化营商环境已成为促进区域经济发展的关键。针对龙岩市营商环境存在的问题,提出构建服务型政务环境、建立健全营商环境体系、加强法制化监管的营商环境优化路径,以推动龙岩市经济高质量发展。

Under the background of continuous optimization of the business environment at home and abroad,the implementation of the reform of"regulation and service"to optimize the business environment has become the key to promote the development of regional economy.In view of the problems existing in the business environment of Longyan,this paper puts forward the ways to optimize the business environment by constructing a service-oriented government environment,establishing a sound business environment system and strengthening legal supervision,so as to promote the high-quality development of Longyan’s economy.
