基于世界银行标准的营商环境优化策略——以龙岩市为例

Business environment optimization strategy based on World Bank standard——Taking Longyan as an example

按照世界银行营商环境评价的指标体系及其计算方法,2019年龙岩营商环境便利度得分为75.29分,相当于世界银行190个经济体排名的第46位。为更好地实现龙岩营商环境进一步优化的目标,通过对龙岩营商环境便利度变化趋势的分析,聚焦了需重点突破的办理建筑许可、破产和跨境贸易等重点领域的改革,为精准地制定龙岩市营商环境的改进措施提供支撑。

According to the index system and calculation method of the World Bank’s assessment of business environment,Longyan scored 75.29 in 2019,equivalent to the 46 th place among 190 economis ranked by the World Bank.In order to better achieve the objective of further improving the business environment in Longyan,through the analysis of the changing trend of the ease of doing business in Longyan,this paper focuses on the reforms of key areas such as construction permits,bankruptcies and cross-border trade,which can provide strong support for the development of targeted measures to improve Longyan’s business environment.
