反生态逻辑与金融化——当代资本主义生态问题一隅

Anti-ecological logic and financialization: a corner of contemporary capitalist ecological problems

资本主义的生产关系造成了资本主义生产过程中对科学技术的非理性使用,资本将技术当做维护其生产与再生产的工具并且遵循"经济理性",其结果是造成巨大的生态环境负面影响。随着资本主义由垄断资本走向"垄断金融资本时期"——金融化、全球化新自由主义相互交织带来的影响遍及世界资本主义体系的每个角落。资本主义金融化带来的不只是资本积累的新场所和特点,还有资本对于自然掠夺方式上的一些新变化。金融资本愈加凌驾于产业资本的趋势导致产业资本的扩张逻辑服从于金融资本对"抵押物"的需求,自然对资本的"形式隶属"伴随着金融化和全球化发展,加速走向依靠资本进行流通的"实际隶属"。解决当今生态问题根本途径是使生产的目的回归人民的真实需求,以"生态理性"代替"经济理性",从而避免科学技术的非理性使用对自然造成破坏,这一努力在当下更应考察资本主义金融化带来影响。

The capitalist relations of production lead to the irrational use of science and technology in the process of capitalist production.Capital takes technology as a tool to maintain its production and reproduction and follows"economic rationality",which results in enormous negative impact on ecological environment.With the development of capitalism from monopoly capital to"monopoly financial capital period",the interwoven effects of financialization,globalization and neoliberalism spread throughout every corner of the world capitalist system.Capitalist financialization brings not only the new location and characteristics of capital accumulation,but also some new changes in the way capital plunders nature.The trend that financial capital is more and more superior to industrial capital leads to the expansion logic of industrial capital subordinating to the demand of financial capital for"collateral".Naturally,with the development of financialization and globalization,the"formal subordination"of capital accelerates to the"practical attachment"that relies on capital for circulation.The fundamental way to solve today’s ecological problems is to make the purpose of production return to the real needs of the people,and replace"economic rationality"with"ecological rationality",so as to avoid the destruction of nature caused by irrational use of science and technology.This effort should examine the impact of capitalist financialization at present.
