摘要
通过剖析当前医护学生职业认同感培育中出现的问题,以闽西职业技术学院为例,探索医护学生积极心理资本的培育。高职院校应提高医护学生的职业认同感,提升学生的学习热情,为培育优秀的医护人才打好基础,同时减少医护人员因职业倦怠而引发的离职行为。
Through analyzing the current problems arising from the cultivation of students’professional identity,combined with the practice in Minxi Vocational and Technical College,it proposes to cultivate medical students’positive psychological capital,improve medical students’professional identity,and promote students’learning enthusiasm to lay the foundation for the future career,which can reduce the turnover behavior of medical personnel caused by job burnout.
