体验式教学在护理教学中的应用效果

摘要 探究体验式教学在护理教学中的应用效果。抽选2019级护理专业学生,以抛硬币的方式进行分组。其中,对照组40名学生,采用传统方式教学;观察组42名学生,采用体验式教学。学期结束后对两组学生的学科成绩进行比较,并调查学生对教学方式的满意度。结果显示,观察组学生护理基础理论知识、实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学满意度观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明在护理教学中运用体验式教学方式,有利于强化学生的理论知识基础、实践能力,并提高其教学满意度。 To explore the application effect of experiential teaching in nursing teaching,two groups of nursing majors in Grade 2019 in Minxi Vocational and Technical College were randomly selected.One group was set as the control group(40 students)with traditional teaching,and the other group was the observation group(42 students)with experiential teaching.At the end of the semester,the academic achievements of the two groups were compared,and the students’satisfaction with the teaching methods was investigated.The results showed that the basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of experiential teaching method in nursing teaching is conducive to strengthen the theoretical knowledge foundation of students,improve their practical ability and satisfaction with teaching,and ultimately promote the realization of teaching objectives.
