活化制备枣核碳材料/ZnO新型复合材料及其电化学性能

摘要 红枣枣核的高效开发利用一直是研究的热点。以红枣核粉为骨架载体,先经HCl活化处理,再通过水热法在其表面生长纳米ZnO制备红枣核/ZnO复合材料,并通过改变原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、pH值研究其对材料性能的影响。XRD及FT-IR结果表明ZnO及复合材料的生成,SEM结果表明不同的反应条件对复合材料的表面形貌有很大的影响。电化学性能测试结果表明,原料配比对复合材料的电化学性能影响最大,pH值的影响次之,反应温度和反应时间对电化学性能的影响较小。当红枣核粉和ZnO的原料配比为1:0.5,温度为160℃,反应时间16 h,pH为10时,得到复合材料的比电容最高,为20.48 F·g^(-1)。 The efficient development and utilization of Zizyphus jujuba seed has always been a research hotspot.The jujube core/ZnO Composite was prepared by using jujube core powder as the skeleton carrier,which was activated by HCl,and then nano ZnO was grown on its surface by hydrothermal method.The effects of raw material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and pH value on the properties of the composite were studied.The results of XRD and FT IR indicate the formation of ZnO and the composites.The results of SEM show that the different reaction conditions have great influence on the surface morphology of the composites.The results of electrochemical performance test show that the ratio of raw materials has the greatest influence on the electrochemical performance of the composite,followed by the pH value,and the reaction temperature and time have little influence on the electrochemical performance.When the ratio of jujube seed powder and ZnO is 1:0.5,reaction temperature is 160℃,reaction time is 16 h,and pH is 10,the specific capacitance of the composite is the highest,which is 20.48 F·g^(-1).
