摘要
为优化秸秆生物质炭的制备工艺,以小麦和玉米秸秆为原料制备生物质炭,研究不同热解温度和热解时间对秸秆生物质炭性质的影响。结果表明,同样热解温度(400℃、450℃和500℃)条件下,不同热解时间(0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、5.0 h)的秸秆生物质炭pH值均为碱性。随着热解温度升高,秸秆生物质炭产率和有机碳含量下降,pH值表现为逐渐升高的趋势。与热解时间相比,热解温度对生物质炭性质的影响更为显著。热解温度为400℃时生产的秸秆生物质炭更有利于农田土壤理化性质的改善,提高土壤肥力。
Wheat and corn straws were used as raw materials to optimize the preparation conditions of straw biochar.The results showed that the pH of straw biochar with different pyrolysis time under the same pyrolysis temperature were all alkaline.The productivity and organic carbon contents of straw biochar decreased with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,while the pH value of straw biochar increased.Compared with pyrolysis time,pyrolysis temperature had a significant effect on the properties of straw biochar.Straw biochar produced at 400℃was more conducive to the improvement of soil physical and chemical properties and soil fertility.
