微波消解-原子发射法测定土壤中的铬

摘要 探究了微波消解-原子发射法测定土壤中的铬,微波消解加热快,升温高,消解能力强,提高了分析的准确度和精密度,原子发射法灵敏度高,选择性好,分析速度快,可进行多元素同时测定。结果表明,微波消解的最佳消解条件为9 mL硝酸、3 mL盐酸消解15 min,该方法的相对标准偏差为2.98%,精密度为4.64%,回收率在93.52%~105.66%,该方法良好,切实可行。 The microwave digestion atomic emission method for the determination of chromium in soil was studied.The results showed that the microwave digestion heating was fast,the heating temperature was high,the digestion ability was strong,and the accuracy and precision of the analysis were improved.The atomic emission method had high sensitivity,good selectivity,fast analysis speed,and could be used for simultaneous determination of multiple elements.The results showed that the optimum digestion conditions of microwave digestion were 9 ml nitric acid and 3 ml hydrochloric acid for 15 min.the relative standard deviation,precision and recovery of the method were 2.98%,4.64%and 93.52%~105.66%,respectively.The method was good and feasible.
