浅谈煤焦油沥青质的检验

摘要 煤焦油作为炭黑生产原料的一种,其沥青质的含量直接影响后加工成本,为满足下游市场的需求,需开展煤焦油沥青质的检验。实验按照YB/T 5178-2016《炭黑用原料油沥青质含量的测定正庚烷沉淀法》操作。由于该标准中的一些操作细节未明确阐述,且实验现象与标准也存在差异,因此将结合该标准进行详细阐述。 As a raw material for carbon black production,the asphaltene content of coal tar directly affects the processing cost of the next process.In order to meet the demand of the downstream market,the inspection center needs to carry out the inspection of coal tar asphaltene.The experiment was carried out according to YB/T 5178-2016"determination of asphaltene content in raw oil for carbon black by n-heptane precipitation method".Because some operation details in the standard were not clearly described,and there were differences between the experimental phenomena and the standard,this paper will elaborate in combination with the standard.
