摘要
针对永定庄煤矿8103工作面的具体地质及生产条件,在分析顶煤冒放性影响因素的前提下,通过现场实测法及统计计算法等研究手段,确定了工作面合理的放煤步距为1.6 m,合理的放煤方法为三轮分层顺序放煤,在生产过程中提高放煤管理水平,可使顶煤回收率和含矸率达到最优状态,从而实现最佳的技术、经济效益。
According to the specific geological and production conditions of 8103 working face in Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine,on the premise of analyzing the influencing factors of caving of top coal,the reasonable step distance of coal caving is 1.6m by field measurement and statistical calculation,and the reasonable coal releasing method is three rounds of layered sequential coal discharge,which improves the management level of coal discharge in the production process,It can make the top coal recovery rate and gangue rate reach the optimal state,so as to achieve the best technical and economic benefits.
