随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,我国基础设施建设项目也在不断增多。因此,石油的需求量也随之增加。但是石油产品本身具有一些不易于存储的特点,例如易蒸发性、易氧化、易燃、易渗漏、有毒性和流动性等。为了保障石油的安全性和稳定性,使其为我国的基建贡献力量,本文就油品的存储安全和油库计质量管理展开探讨,通过分析影响油品存储安全的因素挖掘出提高油品存储安全的方法和措施[1]。

With China's economic development and social progress,China's infrastructure construction projects are also increasing.As a result,the demand for oil has increased.However,petroleum products are not easy to store,such as easy to evaporate,easy to oxidize,inflammable,easy to leak,toxic and fluidity.In order to ensure the safety and stability of oil and make it contribute to China's infrastructure,this paper discusses the storage safety of oil products and the quality management of oil depot,and finds out the methods and measures to improve the storage safety of oil products by analyzing the factors affecting the storage safety of oil products.
