摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面回采率,降低其巷道维护成本,提升生产安全性,以及215021工作面为例在分析其地质、水文以及煤层等条件的基础上,对放顶煤回采工艺参数中的采放比、放煤步距以及放煤方式进行综合确定,并根据实际生产情况对关键设备采煤机、刮板输送机以及液压支架的选型提出要求。
In order to further improve the recovery rate of fully mechanized working face,reduce the maintenance cost of roadway,and improve the production safety,and taking 215021 working face as an example,based on the analysis of its geological,hydrological and coal seam conditions,the mining and caving ratio,caving step and caving method in the process parameters of top coal caving mining are comprehensively determined,and the key equipment of shearer,top coal caving machine and top coal caving method are analyzed according to the actual production situation scraper conveyor and hydraulic support selection requirements.
