摘要
铸造车间除尘系统是铸造车间的重要装置之一,就是通过旋转含尘空气产生的离心力,将车间中粉尘从空气中分离出来的一种空气净化技术,具有应用效率较高的特点。本次结合具体案例,分析了除尘系统设计目的,从结构、设备运行性能等角度入手设计,形成设计过程资料,充分满足铸造车间要求,以期能够为其他工业生产车间除尘系统设计与选择提供有价值的参考资料。
The dust removal system of foundry is one of the important devices in foundry.It is a kind of air purification technology which separates dust from air by rotating centrifugal force produced by air containing dust.It has the characteristics of high application efficiency.This time,combined with specific cases,the design purpose of dust removal system is analyzed.The design process data is formed from the view of structure and equipment operation performance,which can fully meet the requirements of foundry workshop,so as to provide valuable reference for the design and selection of dust removal system in other industrial workshops.
