摘要
通过研究压滤机入料煤泥水的性质,确定了氯化钠与相对分子质量为1000万的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺复配制备复合助滤剂。实验研究了二者的合理配比并应用于工业压滤试验。试验结果表明,加药后比加药前的压滤时间平均缩短了360 s,滤饼水分平均降低了2.0%。
By studying the properties of coal slurry water fed by filter press,the composite filter aid was prepared by the combination of sodium chloride and anionic polyacrylamide with a relative molecular weight of 10 million.The reasonable ratio of the two is studied and applied to the industrial filter press test.The results show that the filtration time after dosing is reduced by 360 s and the moisture content of cake is reduced by 2.0%.
