摘要
针对目前湿法脱硫工艺应用范围无明确界限,使用时全靠经验选择,脱硫效率不足的现状。对钙法脱硫和氨法脱硫的工艺原理和优缺点进行了分析,明确了各自的应用范围,根据分析可知,两种脱硫方案的脱硫率均达95%以上,钙法脱硫主要用于高硫煤的处理,氨法脱硫主要用大机组脱硫处理。为合理选择脱硫工艺、提升脱硫经济性奠定了基础。
In view of the current situation that the application scope of wet desulfurization process has no clear boundary,the use depends on experience,and the desulfurization efficiency is insufficient.This paper analyzes the process principle,advantages and disadvantages of calcium method desulfurization and ammonia method desulfurization,and defines their respective application scope.According to the analysis,the desulfurization rate of the two desulfurization schemes is more than 95%.Calcium method desulfurization is mainly used for high sulfur coal treatment,and ammonia method desulfurization is mainly used for large unit desulfurization treatment.It lays a foundation for reasonable selection of desulfurization process and improvement of desulfurization economy.
