Full and Strict Party Governance System:Literature Review and Prospects

“完善全面从严治党制度”是党的十九届四中全会提出的重要命题,是坚持和完善党的领导制度体系,提高党科学执政、民主执政、依法执政水平的重要内容。通过对中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)来源期刊中以“全面从严治党制度”为研究主题的文献展开分析,研究发现:党的十九大以来,学界围绕该命题的科学内涵、生成逻辑、理论意义、实践价值、主要特色、现实困境和推进路径等方面展开研究,取得了一系列重要研究成果。为推进该命题研究的不断深入,需要以宏观视野与本体突破为向度,突破研究视野,拓展研究学科;以史料整合与技术利用为铺垫,注重史料发掘,增强技术处理;以现实取向与人文关怀为导向,紧扣国家战略,弘扬民族精神等。

“Improvement to the full and strict Party governance system”is an important proposition put forward in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.It is also the chief content in the adherence and improvement of the Party’s leadership system,and in the enhancement of the Party’s scientific,democratic and legal governance quality.This paper analyzes the“full and strict Party governance”in the source journals of Chinese Social Science Citation Index(CSSCI).Researches find that since the 19th CPC National Congress,great achievements concerning this proposition have been made in the academia,in terms of its scientific connotation,generative logic,theoretical significance,practical value,main characteristics,practice dilemma and promotion routes.To further deepen its researches,it is necessary to break through its macro vision and ontology,and to expand research dimensions and disciplines.With the integration of historical materials and technological application as a solid foundation,it should pay attention to the excavation of historical materials and technological enhancement.It should take a realistic and humanistic orientation,closely follow the national strategy and carry forward the national spirit.
