“三全育人”视阈下高校校友协同育人的系统探究

A Systematic Research on Alumni Coordinated Education from the Perspective of“Three Omnibearing Education”

高校校友与在校大学生在知识结构、思维及行为方式等方面具有天然的亲近性。校友作为成熟的社会个体是高校开展“三全育人”不可或缺的社会资源。立足于“三全育人”的视阈,沿着价值分析—问题反思—体系构建的系统脉络,分析高校校友协同育人在“三全育人”中的人力、财力、物力价值,反思“三全育人”中高校校友协同育人存在的主要困境,最后从校友教学育人、校友科研育人、校友捐赠育人三大方面来构建高校校友助力“三全育人”的三螺旋体系,以此系统探究高校校友协同育人的知识图谱。

Alumni and university enrolled students share a natural affinity in knowledge structure, thinking and behavior modes. Alumni, as mature social individuals, are indispensable social resources for universities to carry out "Three-Omnibearing Education". Starting from the perspective of "Three Omnibearing Education", this paper follows a systematic track from value analysis to problem reflection and then to system construction. It analyzes alumni’s human, financial and material value in collaborative "Three-omnibearing education", and reflects on the main difficulties in the afore mentioned aspects. Finally, this paper constructs the triple helix system of "Three Omnibearing Education" from three aspects, namely, alumni course teaching, alumni academic researches and alumni donation. This helps systematically explore the knowledge spectrum alumni collaborative university education.
