丙型肝炎HCV-RNA及肝功能指标的变化特点与临床意义

Characteristics and clinical significance of HCV-RNA and liver function indexes in hepatitis C

目的分析丙型肝炎病毒核糖核酸(HCV-RNA)及肝功能指标的变化特点与临床意义。方法选取2016年3月至2019年5月本院收治的80例慢性丙型肝炎感染患者作为研究对象,采集外周静脉血标本,检测血清HCV-RNA、谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)以及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平,并通过Pearson相关性分析对HCV-RNA与GGT、AST、ALT变化的关系进行分析。结果80例患者中,HCV-RNA阳性率为67.5%(54/80)。HCV-RNA低水平组、中水平组、高水平组GGT、AST、ALT水平均明显高于HCV-RNA阴性组(P<0.05);且HCV-RNA高水平组各项肝功能指标均明显高于低水平组、中水平组(P<0.05),HCV-RNA中水平组各项肝功能指标均明显高于低水平组(P<0.05)。丙型肝炎患者HCV-RNA与AST、ALT表现呈高度正相关(P<0.05)。结论丙型肝炎患者具有较高的HCV-RNA阳性率,与ALT、AST等肝功能指标呈高度正相关,能准确反映肝组织损伤情况。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and clinical significance of hepatitis C virus RNA(HCV-RNA)and liver function indexes.Methods From March 2016 to May 2019,80 patients with chronic hepatitis C infection who were admitted to our hospital were selected as reseach subjects.Collect peripheral venous blood samples to detect the changes of serum HCV-RNA,GGT,AST and ALT levels,and analyze the correlation between HCV-RNA,GGT,AST and ALT by Pearson correlation analysis.Results Of the 80 patients,the HCV-RNA positive rate was 67.5%(54/80).The GGT,AST and ALT levels in the low level group,the middle level group and the high level group of HCV-RNA were significantly higher than those in the HCV-RNA negative group(P<0.05),and the liver function indexes in the high level group of HCV-RNA were significantly higher than that in the low level group and the middle level group(P<0.05),and the liver function indexes in the middle level group of HCV-RNA were sig-nificantly higher than that in the low level group(P<0.05).HCV-RNA was positively correlated with AST and ALT(P<0.05).Conclusion Hepati-tis C patients have high positive rate of HCV-RNA,which is positively correlated with ALT,AST and other liver function indexes,and can accurately reflect the damage of liver tissue.
