利奈唑胺联合万古霉素在脑膜炎患者中的治疗效果及对S100蛋白及炎症因子的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨利奈唑胺联合万古霉素在脑膜炎患者中的治疗效果及对S100蛋白及炎症因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的脑膜炎患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组采用万古霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合利奈唑胺治疗,比较两组S100蛋白、炎症因子、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果治疗后2周,两组S100蛋白、炎症因子均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后2周,观察组S100蛋白、PCT、IL-6及IL-1β水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗中,两组过敏、胃肠不适及呼吸困难发生率、药物干预后1、3个月复发率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后6个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利奈唑胺联合万古霉素治疗脑膜炎患者可改善患者S100蛋白及炎症因子水平,并降低治疗后复发率,未增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of linazolamide combined with vancomycin in patients with meningitis and its effect on S100 protein and inflammatory factors.Methods 72 patients with meningitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as reseach subjects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vancomycin,and the observation group was treated with linazolamide on the basis of the control group.S100 protein,inflammatory factors,adverse reactions and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks treatment,S100 protein and inflam-matory factors were lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05).After 2 weeks treatment,the levels of S100 protein,PCT,IL-6 and IL-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of allergy,gastrointestinal discomfort and respiratory distress during treatment and the recurrence rate at 1 and 3 months after drug intervention between the two groups.6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lin-azolamide combined with vancomycin can improve the level of S100 protein and inflammatory factor in patients with meningitis,and can reduce the recurrence rate after treatment,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
