沙库巴曲缬沙坦对心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

Effect of shakubatravalsartan on cardiac function in patients with heart failure

目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦对心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2019年12月本院收治的140例心力衰竭患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组采取常规治疗+贝那普利,观察组采取常规治疗+沙库巴曲缬沙坦,比较两组患者治疗总有效率及及6 min步行距离、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.57%,高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组6 min步行距离长于治疗前,LVEF水平高于治疗前,NT-proBNP水平低于治疗前,且观察组6 min步行距离长于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组,NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗心力衰竭患者效果显著,可有效改善心功能情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of shakubatravalsartan on patients with heart failure.Methods The clinical data of 140 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 70 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment+benazepril,and the observation group used conventional treatment+shakubatravalsartan.The total effective rate,walking distance of 6 min,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.57%,which was higher than 90.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the walking distance of 6 min was longer than before treatment,the LVEF level was higher than that before treatment,the NT-proBNP level was lower than before treatment,and the distance of 6 min walking in the observation group was longer than that of control group,the LVEF level was higher than the control group,and the NT-proBNP level was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shakubatravalsartan is effective in treating patients with heart failure and can improve heart function,it is worthy of clinical promotation.
