桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性早搏的疗效

Curative effect of Guizhi Gancao keel oyster Jiawei decoction on premature ventricular beat of coronary heart disease

目的研究桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的98例冠心病室性早搏患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同分为对比组和研究组,每组49例。对比组予以常规西药治疗,研究组在对比组基础上予以桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后24 h动态心电图室性早搏总数、T波改变数、S-T段压低数、S-T段低压幅度、不良反应发生率及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组24 h动态心电图室性早搏总数、T波改变数、S-T段压低数、S-T段低压幅度比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,研究组24 h动态心电图室性早搏总数、T波改变数、S-T段压低数、S-T段低压幅度均低于对比组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.04%,低于对比组的12.24%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对比组的83.67%(P<0.05)。结论桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤能改善冠心病室性早搏患者的心脏功能,不良反应小,疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Guizhi Gancao keel oyster Jiawei decoction on ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,98 patients with premature beat of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were select-ed as the study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Guizhi Gancao keel oyster Jia-wei decoction on the basis of the control group.The total number of 24-hour ambulatory ECG ventricular premature beats,the number of T wave changes,the number of S-T segment depression,the amplitude of S-T segment depression,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate between two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total number of 24-hour ambulatory ECG ventricular premature beats,the number of T wave changes,the number of S-T segment depression and the amplitude of S-T segment depression between the two groups.After treatment,the total number of 24-hour ambulatory ECG ventricular premature beats,the num-ber of T wave changes,the number of S-T segment depression and the amplitude of S-T segment depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.04%,which was lower than 12.24%in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than 83.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi licorice keel oyster Jiawei decoction can improve the heart function of patients with premature ventricular beat of coronary heart disease,with small side effects and significant curative effect.
