HBIM在建筑遗产勘察数据管理中的应用——以上海张园石库门建筑为例

Application of HBIM in Data Management of Architectural Heritage Survey:Taking Shanghai Zhangyuan Shikumen Building as an Example

历史建筑信息模型(HBIM)是一种建筑遗产信息管理的技术手段。相较于文字、图片、图纸等传统二维的信息管理手段,HBIM不仅能够更直观准确地进行建筑原貌的表现,也能够进行非几何数据的三维记录。文章在分析上海张园石库门建筑的结构体系和构造方式的基础上,应用HBIM技术,建立参数化构件库,搭建建筑信息模型,录入勘察数据,实现对张园石库门建筑勘察数据的可视化管理,力求抛砖引玉,将新技术融入建筑遗产保护中,并期望未来基于大数据、云平台的建筑遗产保护新形势的诞生。

Historical Building Information Model(HBIM)is a technical means of building information heritage mangement.Compared with traditional two-dimensional information management methods such as text,pictures,and drawings,HBIM can not only perform more intuitive and accurate representation of the original architectural appearance,but also perform three-dimensional recording of non-geometric data.Based on the analysis of the structural system and construction method of the Shikumen building in Zhangyuan,Shanghai,the paper applies HBIM technology to establish a parameterized component library,to build a building information model,and to enter the survey data to realize the visual management of the survey data for the Shikumen building in Zhangyuan.The paper integrates new technologies into the protection of architectural heritage,and looks forward to the birth of a new situation of architectural heritage protection based on big data and cloud platforms in the future.
