文旅产业链构架下的古镇社区营造方式分析——以道口古镇为例

Analysis on Community Construction Mode of Ancient Town under the Structure of Cultural and Tourism Industry Chain:Taking the Ancient Town of Daokou as an Example

在文化古镇发展过程中,过分看重产业开发而忽视人居环境治理,将造成古镇发展难以为继。古镇是人类重要的非物质文化遗产,文章基于产业链构建角度提出古镇社区营造思路,分析古镇的现状问题以及各方主体对古镇的保护开发新理念,以期能够推动古镇建设与产业发展的有机融合,并通过统筹规划、综合治理和共建共享形成完整产业链条,使古镇生存环境得到改善。文章结合古镇建设实践,对古镇社区营造方式运用问题进行探讨,强调古镇居民对自我生存家园营造的参与性,协同保护社区文化遗产,注入新的生命力,实现古镇的可持续发展,让全社区居民共享古镇福祉。

In the process of the development of cultural ancient towns, over-emphasis on industrial development and neglect of human settlement environment governance will make the development of ancient towns unsustainable. Ancient town is an important intangible cultural heritage of mankind. Based on the construction of industrial chain, this paper puts forward the idea of community building of ancient town, analyzes the present situation of ancient town and the new concept of protection and development of ancient town. Combined with the practice of ancient town construction, this paper discusses the application of community construction in ancient town, emphasizes the participation of ancient town residents in self-living home construction, protects community cultural heritage, infuses new vitality, and realizes the sustainable development of ancient town, in order to let the whole community share the well-being of the ancient town.
