促使城市空间地摊经济发展的可视化交流平台开发研究

Research on a Visual Communication Platform for the Economic Development of Street Stalls in Urban Space

因新冠疫情过后经济有所萧条,政府有意扶持地摊经济,促进民生,鼓励多样化的就业,地摊经济逐渐成为焦点。然而"地摊热"的背后也隐藏着城市公共空间与地摊市场的诸多矛盾,地摊对城市交通、环境方面造成的影响不容忽视。文章以城市空间中地摊经济发展为研究对象,针对当前摊位运营、交通秩序以及环卫工作等方面的不足,探究App平台在地摊市场中的研发与应用。利用GPS数据分析技术、城市规划原理等理论将摊位分布及流动可视化,以Java、UI以及Python工具为App开发提供技术保障,研发一款将地摊市场实时动态更新可视化的应用平台,搭建摊主、消费者和管理者三者之间联系的桥梁,达到促使城市空间中新型地摊经济发展的效果。

Due to the economic depression after the epidemic, the government intends to support the local economy, promoting people's livelihood and encouraging diversified employment, the local economy has gradually become the focus. However, there are many contradictions between the urban public space and the market, and the impact of the market on the urban traffic and environment can not be ignored. The paper aims to discuss the economic development of street stalls in urban space. Based on the problems of stall operation, traffic order and sanitation work, the paper explores the development and application of an APP platform in the current stall market. GPS data analysis technologies and urban planning principles visualize the distribution and flows of stalls. Java, UI and Python tools provide technical support for APP development. Finally, a visual communication platform can build a bridge between the street stall owners, consumers and managers, to provide a real-time dynamic update of stall market to promote the development of a new-type street stall economy in urban space.
