半刚性冷弯槽型钢框架抗震性能研究

摘要 为研究半刚性冷弯槽型钢框架的抗震性能,采用拟静力的方法进行低周往复加载试验,分析高强螺栓连接的半刚性冷弯槽型钢框架在低周循环荷载作用下的破坏机理、滞回性能、延性、耗能能力、刚度退化规律等。并采用ABAQUS软件进行数值计算,与试验数据进行对比分析,同时考察轴压比对于构件滞回性能的影响。结果表明,轴压比为0.1至0.3时,半刚性钢框架的滞回性能较好,其顶底角钢、腹板角钢、柱脚、梁端先后发生屈服,最后因侧移过大导致柱脚发生撕裂而产生失稳破坏。半刚性节点降低抗侧移刚度的同时,使框架梁和框架柱具有较好的延性和耗能能力,比刚性连接钢框架具有更好的抗震性能。有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合良好,可为钢结构抗震设计提供一定理论依据。 In order to study the seismic performance of a semi-rigid cold-formed channel steel frame,the quasi-static method was used to carry out low cycle reciprocating loading tests.Failure mechanism,hysteretic performance,ductility,energy dissipation capacity,and stiffness degradation law of the steel frame connected by high strength bolts were analyzed.ABAQUS software was used for numerical calculation,and the simulation was compared with the experimental data.Meanwhile,influence of axial compression ratio on hysteretic behavior of the component was investigated.The results show that the hysteretic behavior of the semi-rigid steel frame was better when the axial compression ratio was 0.1 to 0.3.Yielding occurred successively at the top and bottom angle,the web angle,the column base,and the beam end.Finally,buckling failure occurred because the column base was teared by excessive lateral displacement.The semi-rigid joints reduce the lateral stiffness,but improves the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the beams and the columns,exhibiting a better seismic performance than the rigid joints.The results of the finite element analysis are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the simulation can provide a theoretical basis for the seismic design of steel structures.
