摘要 2019年浙江省教育厅开展初中教育质量监测,对八年级数学学科进行基础水平测试及“问题解决”能力测试,并对相关因素进行问卷调研。本文阐述了测试工具的基本理念、学科能力测试框架、学生“问题解决”能力测试,发现学生擅长解决执行性的、偏于形象思维的问题,而主动规划和拓展的能力较为欠缺。培养学生的问题解决能力,需要教师用科学的教学理念指导教学、用积极的教学方式引导学习、用有效的教学策略培养思维、用良好的习惯培养提升品质。 In 2019,Department of Education of Zhejiang Province carried out the quality monitoring of ju⁃nior high school education,conducted the basic level test and the“problem solving”ability test on the mathemat⁃ics subject of the eighth grade,and conducted a questionnaire survey on relevant factors.This paper expounds the basic concept of testing tools,the framework of subject competence testing,the main findings of students’prob⁃lem-solving ability test and suggestions for improvements of teaching behaviors.
