摘要 《关于深化新时代教育督导体制机制改革的意见》中强调要健全监测体系、完善监测制度、发布监测报告、应用监测结果。充分发挥国家义务教育质量监测的诊、咨、督、促、导多重功能,正确运用监测结果,推进教育高质量发展。在监测结果应用落地落实中,仍存在诸多困惑。为此,我们开展国家义务教育质量监测结果应用的实证研究,探索出基于长沙市、区、校三级联动的结果应用体系,形成具有长沙特色可复制的国家监测结果应用实施路径。 The“Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Educational Supervision System in the New Era”emphasizes the need to improve the monitoring system,improve the monitoring system,issue monitoring reports,and apply monitoring results.Give full play to the multiple functions of national compulsory education quality monitoring of diagnosis,consultation,supervision,promotion,and guidance,correctly use the monitoring re⁃sults,and promote the high-quality development of education.However,there are still many confusions in the application of monitoring results.To this end,we carried out empirical research on the application of national compulsory education quality monitoring results,solved the dilemma,explored a result application system based on the three-level linkage of Changsha city,district,and school,and formed a reproducible national monitoring results application implementation path with Changsha characteristics.
