摘要
设计并制造了一种特殊结构的电磁兼容吸波材料,实现材料在30~1000 MHz范围内的反射率≤-17 dB,解决空间电磁波与吸波材料、铁氧体片在3个不同频段的匹配特性,材料高度由770 mm可降低至600 mm。利用电磁仿真,3 m法电磁兼容暗室的归一化场地衰减(NSA)值在±3.5 dB以内,为空间受限型电磁兼容暗室设计与建设提供可能。
A special structure of electromagnetic compatibility absorbing material is designed and manufactured.The reflectivity of the material is≤-17 dB in the range of 30~1000 MHz.The matching characteristics of space electromagnetic wave,absorbing material and ferrite sheet in three different frequency bands are solved.The material height can be reduced from 770 mm to 600 mm.Using electromagnetic simulation,the normalized site attenuation(NSA)value of 3 m EMC anechoic chamber is in the range of±3.5 dB,it is possible for the design and construction of space limited EMC darkroom.
