摘要
在工科医类产品中,控制驱动电机类产品非常常见,该类电路中存在频繁的信号跳变,是电磁兼容测试中辐射发射超标的主要原因之一。文章针对某型工业产品辐射发射超标问题,借助近场探头和频谱仪等工具,对干扰源进行了定位和超标原因分析,重点对控制电路部分进行了理论分析,并采用增加元器件滤波、屏蔽等方式进行电磁兼容优化设计。测试结果表明,超标部分得到了有效抑制,电磁兼容整改措施有效。
The controlling and driving circuit for electric engine is commonly used in industrial,scientific and medical products.One of the main reasons for radiation emission exceeding the standard in EMC test is frequent signal jumping in these circuits.This paper analyzes the location of interference source and the cause of standard exceeding of an industrial product using near field probe and spectrum analyzer.EMC optimization design of the control circuit,such as filter components and shielding materials are applied.The test results show that the excessive part is effectively suppressed,the EMC rectification measures are effective.
