摘要
为解决P4k通讯电源模块中PFC功率开关电路、DC/DC功率开关电路及输出二极管整流电路在高频开关状态下产生的EMI噪声问题,从P4k通讯电源模块的干扰源和路径出发,分析EMI共模和差模噪声产生的机理,并进行了设计和验证,最终使P4k通讯电源模块EMI水平符合GB 4824-2019 CLASS A的要求。
In order to solve the problem of EMI noise generated by PFC power switch circuit,DC/DC power switch circuit and output diode rectifier circuit in P4k communication power supply module in high frequency switching state.Starting from the interference source and path of P4k communication power supply module,this paper analyzes the mechanism of EMI common mode and differential mode noise,designs and verifies it,and finally makes the EMI level of P4k communication power supply module meet the requirements of GB 4824-2019 CLASS A.
