自噬的分子机制及其在心脏骤停脑损伤中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自噬是一种溶酶体降解途径,在正常情况下,通过降解受损、老化的细胞质成分或细胞器来维持体内平衡。自噬还参与疾病的形成与发展,在神经系统发育与神经功能中具有重要作用,自噬在心搏骤停(CA)/心肺复苏后脑损伤过程中具有保护作用,机制尚未完全阐明。现对自噬、介导自噬的信号通路及其在心脏骤停脑损伤中的作用等方面进行综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。
