摘要
网络环境下休闲农业顾客体验价值创造发生新变化,已形成虚实结合贯穿全程的立体体验环境,情感性、社会性体验是提高顾客体验价值的关键,企业应该重视利用网络技术拓展体验服务环境,围绕审美性体验、娱乐性体验、文化性体验、社会性体验,通过强化网络营销、开展主题营销、加强文化营销,打造体验服务特色,提升体验价值层次,为顾客创造更大的体验价值,不断提高市场竞争力。
The creation of leisure agricultural customer experience value has changed under the network environment now,which has formed a three-dimensional experience environment with the combination of virtual and real experience throughout the whole process.Emotional and social experience is the key to improve customer experience value.Enterprises should attach importance to using network technology to expand experience service environment,focusing on aesthetic experience,entertainment experience,cultural experience and social experience,through strengthening network marketing,developing theme marketing,strengthening cultural marketing,creating experience service features,improving experience value level,creating greater experience value for customers,and constantly improving market competitiveness.
