农业现代化中的农机装备无形磨损研究

Invisible Wear of Agricultural Machinery Equipment in the Agricultural Modernization

考察了农机装备无形磨损发挥作用的技术环境,探讨了农业机械设备无形磨损对于农业农村现代化的影响,指出农机装备无形磨损导致了农机装备浪费闲置,给新型农业经营主体带来沉重经济负担,并对生产企业带来沉重压力,但也促进了农业技术水平提高、农业经营者人力资本的提升,并且有助于新型经营管理模式的出现与扩散,并分别从国家视角、行业视角以及农业经营者视角给出了相关对策与建议。

It examined the technical environment in this paper that agricultural machinery and equipment invisible wear works,discussed the influence of invisible wear of the agricultural machinery and equipment on the modernization of agriculture,and pointed out that the intangible wear of agricultural machinery and equipment has led to the wasteful idleness of agricultural machinery and equipment,bring big economic burdens to new agricultural operators,and put huge pressure on production enterprises.It also accelerated the improvement of agricultural technology and the human capital of agricultural operators promoted the emergence and proliferation of new business management models,and gave the countermeasures and suggestions from perspectives of the country,industry and agricultural operator.
