摘要
PBL模式在地方医学院校课程教学中应用有一定的优势,具体表现在注重问题导向、强调自主探究、倡导协作解决、关注反思评价等方面。与综合大学或者高水平医科大学相比,地方医学院校在师资建设、生源质量、教学资源等方面存在很大差距,应用PBL模式也存在学校配套支持较少、教师能力有待提高、学生参与动力不足等现实困境。为改变这种困境,需要采取具有针对性的改进措施:学校层面加大教学改革支持力度;教师层面主动提高教育教学能力;学生层面积极参与教育教学改革。
The PBL model has certain advantages in the application of curriculum teaching in local medical colleges,which are specifically manifested in the aspects of focusing on problem orientation,emphasizing independent inquiry,advocating collaborative solution,and focusing on reflection and evaluation.Compared with comprehensive universities or high-level medical universities,local medical schools have a big gap in terms of teacher construction,student source quality,teaching resources,etc.The application of the PBL model also has teachers’ability to be improved,student participation motivation is insufficient and school supporting support is relatively high,wait less for real dilemmas.In order to change this dilemma,it is necessary to take targeted improvement measures that increase support for teaching reform at school level,actively improve education and teaching ability at teacher level,actively participate in education and teaching reform at student level.
