爆破装药结构对切顶卸压沿空留巷切缝效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 切顶卸压沿空留巷技术已在众多煤矿成功应用。本文对东瑞煤业2101首采工作面爆破装药结构对切顶卸压沿空留巷成缝效果的影响进行了分析研究,并针对爆破切顶孔提出了若干建议。结果表明,利用合理的爆破装药结构,可以取得良好的切缝效果。其中切顶孔所处顶板完整程度与切顶孔封堵长度对切顶孔顶板爆破后的完整程度影响较大,装药结构对切顶缝效果影响较大,可以通过改变封堵长度以及装药结构有效提高成缝效果与成巷效果。 Roof cutting and pressure releasing in gob-side entry retaining has been successfully applied in many coal mines.This article analyzes the slitting effect of blasting charge structure on the roof cutting and pressure releasing in gob-side entry retaining and puts forward some suggestions for No.2101 first mining face in Dongrui Mine.The results show that,with a reasonable blasting charge structure,a good cutting effect can be obtained.The roof completeness and sealing length of the roof-cutting hole have a greater impact on the roof completeness after blasting.The charge structure has a greater impact on the effect of roof cutting.Therefore,the effect of seaming and roadway formation can be effectively improved by changing the sealing length and charge structure.
