摘要
水力冲孔对于增加煤孔暴露面积、提高煤层透气性和瓦斯抽采效果具有重要意义。由于玉溪煤矿软硬复合煤体具有煤层强度和胶结性差异大的特点,导致冲孔时水力参数和冲孔效果差异性大,因此在玉溪煤矿中央辅运大巷进行了软硬复合煤体的水力冲孔试验,探究软硬复合煤层水力冲孔参数的最优化,并对试验结果进行了分析。结果表明,碎软区域出煤量随冲孔时间增加而增加,增加速率逐渐减小;完整区域出煤量随冲孔时间增加,先增加后趋于稳定;碎软区域泵量180 L/min,泵压16 MPa,冲孔40 min可达到要求;完整区域泵量200 L/min,泵压18 MPa,冲孔15 min可达到要求。
Hydraulic punching is of great significance for increasing the exposed area of boreholes,improving the permeability of coal seams and the effect of gas drainage.The soft and hard composite coal body in Yuxi Mine presents great differences in coal seam strength and cementation,which leads to great differences in hydraulic parameters and punching effects during punching.Therefore,the hydraulic punching test was conducted in the central auxiliary transportation roadway to optimize the hydraulic punching parameters.The results showed that,with the increase of the punching time,the coal output in crushed soft area increased,but the increasing rate gradually decreased;the coal output in complete area increased first,and then tended to be stable.The pumping volume in the crushed soft area was 180 L/min,the pumping pressure 16 MPa,and the punching time 40 min,which met the requirements;the pumping volume of the complete area was 200 L/min,the pumping pressure 18 MPa,and the punching time 15 minutes,which also met the requirements.
