纳林河二号井煤矿智能化系统构建及关键技术探讨 被引量:7

摘要 针对纳林河二号井因地质条件复杂导致工作面工作效率低下、人工成本高、人为因素影响大等问题,结合国家相关文件精神,提出了以煤矿智能化开采及智慧矿山建设为框架,以远程一键式启停、自动开采为主、远程人工干预为辅,最终实现无人值守为目标的减人、提效开采模式,同时融合了采煤机自动截割、液压支架及端头支架的自动移架、运输系统智能运行、远程视频监控、工作面远程集控等关键技术,应用效果实现了整个工作面的有人巡视、无人操作、远程干预、安全高效、绿色节能的智慧运营。 In Nalinhe No.2 well,complex geological conditions cause various problems,such as low working efficiency,high labor costs,and more human factors on working faces.Based on related state policies and documents,this article proposes to take the smart mining and construction of smart mines as the framework in order to reduce staff and increase efficiency,aiming to realize remote one-click start and stop,put automatic mining first and remote manual intervention second,and finally realize unattended operation.Meanwhile,we integrate key technologies,including automatic cutting of shearers,automatic moving of hydraulic supports and ending supports,smart operation of transportation systems,remote video monitoring,and remote control of working faces.The application could realize the smart operation including manned inspection,unmanned operation,remote intervention,safety and efficiency,green and energy conservation for the entire working face.
