高职“政产学研用”协同创新与育人体系研究--以九江职业技术学院为例

职业教育“政产学研用”深度融合,是“校企合作”“产学研合作”的升级版,是职业教育提高人才培养质量、服务区域经济转型升级的有效模式。为了解决船舶产业优化升级的核心问题、推进船舶产业提质增效,九江职业技术学院船舶工程技术专业构建了“政产学研用”协同创新与育人体系,大大提高了人才培养质量。

The deep integration of"government,industry,university,research and application"in vocational education is an upgraded version of"school-enterprise cooperation"and"industry-university-research cooperation".It is an effective mode for vocational education to improve the quality of talents training and serve the transformation and upgrading of regional economy.In order to solve the core problem of the optimization and upgrading of the shipbuilding industry and promote the quality and efficiency of the shipbuilding industry,the ship engineering technology major of Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College has built a collaborative innovation and education system of"government,industry,university,research and application",which greatly improves the quality of talents training.
