摘要
定向培养士官是部队依托地方院校的优势专业资源,军地双方共同为部队培养高素质技能型士官人才。为了进一步提高定向士官人才培养质量,应以士官能力要求为牵引,不断优化人才培养方案;以建立健全培养机制为抓手,提升融合质量水平;以资源共享为基础,实现士官培养效益的最大化;以岗位需求为核心,努力提高士官人才培养质量。
The directional trained sergeants is the army relying on the advantages of professional resources of local colleges and universities,and both the military and the local work together to train high-quality skilled directional trained sergeants for the army.In order to further improve the talents training quality of the directional trained sergeants,the ability requirements of sergeants should be regarded as the traction to constantly optimize the talents training program,the establishing and perfecting the training mechanism is used as impetus to improve the level of fusion quality,resource sharing is used as the basis to maximize the benefits of sergeants training,and the post demand is taken as the core to strive to improve the quality of sergeants talents training.
