拉贝洛尔联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗子痫前期患者的可行性及妊娠结局对比

Comparison of the Feasibility and Pregnancy Outcome of Labetalol Combined with Low-Dose Aspirin in the Treatment of Preeclampsia

目的针对子痫前期患者的治疗,对比单纯拉贝洛尔治疗与拉贝洛尔+小剂量阿司匹林治疗对患者血压和妊娠结局的影响。方法2018年6月~2020年5月子痫前期患者,入选患者70例,随机分组方式分为研究组和对照组,两组各35例。研究组采用拉贝洛尔联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗,对照组采用拉贝洛尔治疗。对比两组患者的血压、血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度的变化情况,以及妊娠结局、不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者的血压、血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度水平经过治疗后均降低,且研究组患者的血压、血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度水平降低更显著(P<0.05);研究组的不良妊娠结局低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相当(P>0.05)。结论采用拉贝洛尔+小剂量阿司匹林治疗子痫前期患者,比单纯拉贝洛尔治疗的效果显著,能有效改善患者的血压状态,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective For the treatment of patients with pre-eclampsia,compare the effects of simple La Bellor treatment with La Bellor and labelol plus small dose aspirin treatment on blood pressure and pregnancy outcomes.Methods From June 2018 to May 2020,70 patients with pre-eclampsia were selected,and the random grouping was divided into study groups and control groups,with 35 cases in each group.The study group was treated with a combined small dose of aspirin in La Berol,and the control group was treated with La Bellor.The changes in blood pressure and angiotensin II.concentration in the two groups were compared,as well as the outcome of pregnancy and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The blood pressure and angiotensin II.concentration levels decreased after treatment in both groups,and the blood pressure and angiotensin II.concentration levels decreased significantly in the study group(P<0.05);the adverse pregnancy outcome of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of labetalol and low-dose aspirin in the treatment of preeclampsia is more significant than that of labetalol alone.It can effectively improve the blood pressure status of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and has high safety.
